I am working on--
Training Reference on Performance Management

And here I read--
Under-performing staff usually perform their duties erroneously, unable to meet deadlines, or trigger troubles in other team members. Lack of job skills and enthusiasm are the common reasons behind. Despite their present substandard performance, the cost of staff replacement could be unpredictably high for your team.
